How to reach us

Write to support@orion-ai.us. We usually answer within two to three business days. If you can, include your device, the app version (Settings) and what happened.

Frequently asked questions

• How do I delete my account? In the app under Profile → Settings → Delete account. Your ratings and photos are removed.
• A place is wrong, closed or missing. Open the place and tap Report. You can add missing places in the app yourself when you are there.
• I cannot rate. Rating works only near the place so that results stay honest. Allow location access and move closer, or tap "Rate later" once you are there.
• A comment or photo breaks the rules. Report it in the app or write to us. You can also block people.
• The email code does not arrive. Check your spam folder and wait a minute before asking for a new code.

Devices and platforms

Loocation launches on iOS first (iPhone and iPad). The app also runs in the browser at loocation.fans. An Android app will follow later.
