Provider and service

The provider is ORION AI LLC, 7901 4th St N #26226, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, USA. Loocation shows places, lets users rate a venue's restroom and turns that into rankings and awards (Toilet of the Day, Toilet of the Month, Golden Throne). Use is free. There is no entitlement to uninterrupted availability.

Account

You can browse without an account. To rate, upload photos, vote and report you need an account with an email address you can access. You are at least 16 years old. One account per person; multiple accounts to influence results are forbidden.

Your ratings and photos

• Rate only restrooms you visited yourself, honestly and fairly. The app checks your location and only allows ratings on site.
• No insults, threats, discrimination, no names or personal data of others, no advertising, no unlawful content.
• Photos show only the room and fixtures. No people, no faces, no readable personal data.
• Operators must not have their own venue rated or buy, trade or fake ratings.
• Your profile picture shows you or something neutral. No other people without their consent, no nudity, violence or hate symbols, no documents.

You remain the author of your content. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide right to display, store, downsize and use it for rankings and awards while it is online. Ratings are opinions of users, not of ORION AI LLC.

Moderation

We review photos and profile pictures automatically and may hide or delete content and block accounts if rules are broken or many reports come in. You can report content and block people. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

Rankings and awards

Scores, rankings and prizes follow fixed automatic rules (Bayesian average, minimum numbers of ratings and people, public vote for the Golden Throne). We may adjust the rules and remove entries on suspicion of manipulation. There is no entitlement to placements or prizes; awards have no monetary value.

Places and data

Places come from open data sources (Overture Maps, OpenStreetMap) and can be outdated or wrong, for example opening hours or closed businesses. You can report mistakes.

Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care. As far as the law allows we are not liable for user content, interruptions or consequences of information about places. Mandatory statutory rights, in particular of consumers, remain unaffected.

Changes and law

We may change these terms and the service. We announce material changes in the app. The law of the US state of Florida applies, unless mandatory consumer protection rules at your place of residence require otherwise. Questions: legal@orion-ai.us.
